Once a price is agreed, and we are in a position to move forward, will work in unison with all parties, taking responsibility for ensuring the transaction is completed as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
We can support you right until the end, overseeing every detail of the handover process. This may include the transfer of utilities, hiring contractors and undertaking a full inventory. We can also assist with renovating the property and finding tenants should you require this service.
We have a sliding scale of charges, starting up to 0.75% and never more than 1.25%
Our rental search fees are by negotiation, depending on the service required, and plans start from £600.
We charge an initial set up fee, which is part of the overall fee, with incremental payments throughout the transaction.
